Q: How would I track my order?
A: A shipping confirmation may be requested by the customer approximately three to four business days after submitting an order. In addition, we will email a sales invoice immediately after an order is placed for confirmation that your purchase had been accepted for processing. Customers may also try out our self-serve tracking system by visiting our website at http://www.lovedesignerhandbags.com/tracking. Simply input your six digit order number (i.e. 123456) that was emailed to you on your sales invoice to obtain your tracking information and corresponding shipping carrier.
Q: What if I want a refund or wish to make an exchange?
A: We want to ensure your continued satisfaction. For online purchases, we are able to accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a refund or exchange when accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Customers MUST contact our customer services via our website at http://www.lovedesignerhandbags.com and/or via email at customerservice@lovedesignerhandbags.com within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Additionally, all products must be returned to us AT YOUR EXPENSE within 10 business days from the date of delivery. Our return address can be obtained from contacting our customer services. In returning your merchandise, you are required to obtain a tracking number from the shipping agent and provide us with this information. Any returns without a tracking number or requests made past the expiration period; unfortunately, will not be honored.
Refunds: Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
Exchanges: Customers are required to contact our customer services to request for an Exchange Reference Number? This number should be retained for future references when contacting our customer services. However, all exchanges will be reviewed for permissibility.
UNACCEPTABLE REASONS for a refund or exchange may encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
Color(s) of the merchandise are darker/lighter than displayed
Merchandise had minor color differences from the picture
Merchandise does not fit (i.e. due in part of error by the customer)
Merchandise does not fit (i.e. after processing of next half-size)
Damaged or used merchandise after usage by the customer
Damaged merchandise incurred during the course of delivery (refer to Product Availability)
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise will be provided by a customer services support staff after receiving your contact. However, in order to avoid such a stage, clients are advised to clarify unclear issues before placing any orders. Please ask any questions you may have before ordering to prevent any potential problems. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
Q: What if I need to change or cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible customerservice@lovedesignerhandbags.com . We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for processing and shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified. In this case, please refer to our return policy.
